Proverbs 3:5-6
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, do not depend on your own understanding. Seek His will in all you do, and He will show you which path to take.
I think the universe is conspiring against me. Plotting to show me just what I’ve been missing in my religious life.
While capturing the sunrise the other morning (one of my favorite things to do) I completely accidentally caught this heart shaped cloud on camera
As in:
Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
I mean, WHAT were the odds of capturing THAT cloud?
Do not depend on your own understanding,
My OWN UNDERSTANDING is NO understanding, soooo there’s that.
I’ve been in this fight or flight struggle with what to do. How to go forward with my life. What purpose God created in me. My financial fiasco, the list goes on…
Seek His will in all you do,
I woke up this morning with Proverbs 3:5-6 going through my head. Over and over. It was VERY comforting actually.
To top this whole plotting scheme off, the sermon at church was about TRUST. Trusting God with our WHY.
And He will show you which path to take.
There were three questions Pastor B. posed:
*What is it in my life God is calling me to TRUST Him for?
*What is holding me back from trusting God?
*Where am I looking for the faith to trust God?
Hmmmmmm, I seem to be called out. I pray. Daily✔ I read my Bible. Daily✔ I believe in God. With my whole heart✔
But do I REALLY put all my trust into my prayers.
Well no. There’s always that dang mouse in the back, nibbling away at the cheese… thinking “Ummm, If you can’t, ok. I’ll figure it out” Soooo silly! NO, I WON’T FIGURE IT OUT! I never do. Not without God.
Ok God-
I get the message, I’ve got TRUST ISSUES. I know, it’s like talking to a brick wall sometimes, (Ha! I see where my kids get it from😂) just trying to get your messages through to me, thanks for never stopping! ~Amen
TRUST. I choose to trust in God. Will YOU join me on this crazy, amazing TRUST TRAIN?
Blessings,
Robyn
